Mr. Crapps developed the world-leader CollectionWorks software system for the international receivables management and recovery market, and guided the business into many 'firsts' in the industry, including the first collection software to operate on the Windows operating system, first to be able to handle 'double-byte character' language management among others.
After negotiating the acquisition of the CollectionWorks International company by an Australian company (Admerex Ltd), Mr. Crapps worked with that company to continue the expansion of the business and the further development of the industry in 26 countries. In 2008 Mr. Crapps successfully negotiated the acquisition of the USA business of the original company from Admerex Ltd back into the Purlieu Solutions Group, and continues the growth and expansion of the business.
Mr. Crapps helped to open the door to the global receivables management and recoveries opportunities by jointly establishing collection call centers in off-shore locations and expanding the first-party collection and recovery industry into the banks and micro-finance and telecommunications industry outside the USA.

Mr. Bucher has built a 30 year year global reputation in creating shareholder value and growing numerous technology and outsourcing companies in sales, marketing and operational capacities. He has co-founded and sold companies whose products and services are still used worldwide in industries ranging from banking, financial services and the commercial industrial sectors. Mr. Bucher has served in senior management, consulting and board level roles most of his career. He was also a partner in CollectionWorks International prior to its acquisition by Admerex in 2003 and brings numerous years of experience in receivables management and business processing outsourcing services to the company.
Mr. Bucher has spoken at many global industry events and is a staunch advocate of companies utilizing technology and services to help them create efficient and effective organizations. Mr. Bucher has acted in a consulting and board capacity to numerous technology and outsourcing companies in the document management and debt collection markets.

Mr. Burton Crapps Jr (BJ) has been responsible for the solicitation, support and delivery of technology solutions to clients in the collection software and services industry for the past 12+ years. He has a solid understanding of the requirements of delivery of services to customers in the collection and billing industry, with a special focus on technology, telecommunications and support.
BJ founded and managed Apex Technical Advisors in the Atlanta area from 2003-2007 and guided the company to provide independent consulting and technical support for small to mid-sized businesses. The startup motivation was driven by customer requests for a dedicated network solutions company that could provide specialized LAN/WAN/VPN and telecommunications implementation and support on a 24/7 basis.
BJ Developed a large customer base for an Australian company by in-house selling of solutions and up-selling of software and services, as well as developing a customer base with strong revenues for network and infrastructure sales. Managed the client services team for the international deployment of a major software solution across North & South America, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
BJ has worked in various levels of IT, project management and operations in different size companies. He has also owned and managed a technology services delivery company and managed the operations and client services groups of several companies in the accounts receivable and credit management software and services industry. BJ has a deep experience in delivering software and service solutions, including dialer and networking technologies that are critical to the latest total solutions delivery model.

Subsequent to spending 13 years with Citibank, initially as an internal auditor and then running the operations of the Citibank Private Bank in Asia, Mr Knott had executive roles in HSBC and Royal Trust Bank. During this time Mr. Knott managed Finance, Operations and IT units. These roles included the management of several large projects and the incubation of businesses that became significant profit centres.
Mr. Knott assisted in the funding of Temenos Systems and joined the Temenos team in 1993 to develop the growth of the company in Asia. Since 1993 Temenos has become a world leader in finance industry applications with significant business in Asia.
After leaving Temenos in 2003 Mr. Knott was a senior executive and board member with Admerex Ltd, an Australian publicly listed company specializing in providing solutions and systems to the receivables management centers in financial institutions, telecom's, utilities and other credit grantors. Admerex also provides advisory services in the area of Basel II compliance, capital utilization and risk pricing to the finance industry.
